    Join Our Team at Global Marketing Procurement!


    The Global Marketing Procurement team plays a key role in managing multi-million dollar annual purchases within various marketing categories. Our primary goal is to boost the competitive edge of our business units through top-notch procurement practices and solutions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Regional Marketing teams in LATAM to devise sourcing strategies and execution plans for different subcategories such as Media, Events, Creative, and Market Research.
    • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process including purchase request consolidation, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and PO management.
    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in company compliance, supplier management, sourcing process optimization, and purchasing efficiency.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance work efficiency and ensure flawless execution of strategies.
    • Manage crucial internal and external procurement partnerships.
    • Supervise a LATAM team member with the potential to expand the Procurement team.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of marketing-related procurement experience with a proven track record in developing sourcing strategies, leading negotiations, and managing supplier relationships.
    • Experience in dealing with various marketing agencies and understanding their operational dynamics.
    • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
    • Data-driven with excellent quantitative analysis abilities.
    • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese, with Spanish proficiency considered a plus.
    • Open to candidates from marketing agencies looking to transition into Procurement roles.
