Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responsible to manage GMSA Inventory, providing a robust tracking & control and manage material declared as obsolete or at risk of obsolescence identifying opportunities to mitigate minimizing obsolete costs.

Position supports plans and issue resolution to ensure no impact to GMSA inventory.

Executing work you're doing in support of supply chain organization's business objectives. You will provide support of one of the key areas within Supply Chain.

Ensure business objectives goals are achieved or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives.

You will be responsible for supporting relationship management and offering support to warehousing/manufacturing and suppliers.

Position supports plans and issue resolution to ensure no or mínimal impact to the supply chain.


Additional Job Description:


Other challenges include:

  • Obsolete Mitigation for GMSA Plants to attend Budget targets
  • Slow moving analysis (parts without requirement)
  • CCA parts opportunities

Requierements:

  • Bachlor degree in Business Administration or Engineering, Logistics or related.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain / Manufacturing processes / Warehouse/ Material Handling.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Basic or higher Spanish level (desirable).
  • Advance knowledge on "MS-Office"
  • Data analysis skills / Database development / Programming (Microsoft PowerBI / Phyton / Knime).
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills, ability to communicate cross functionally within the organization
    .
