Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the HR team in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support the HR team in employee onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions, setting up new hire paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, preparing reports, and managing employee data in HR systems.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless HR service delivery in a matrixed environment.

Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in: Human Resources; Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
  • Availability to work up to 2 years.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate and work in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
