Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist the HR team in the recruitment and selection process.
Support the HR team in employee onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions, setting up new hire paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, preparing reports, and managing employee data in HR systems.
Support HR initiatives and projects, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with HR colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless HR service delivery in a matrixed environment.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in: Human Resources; Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
Availability to work up to 2 years.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong customer focus and service orientation.
Techsavvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to navigate and work in a matrixed organization.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
