Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, cofounder or related technical role.
3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
Ability to communicate in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of Brazilian market and understanding of the unique needs of users.
Ability to work with fullstack technology (i.e., frontend and infrastructure/platform, and emerging technologies like ML and AI).
Ability to achieve goals in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to understand data analysis.

About the job:

In this role, you will collaborate with other teams across Search, Google, and external partners to build and deliver the best Search experience for our local users in Brazil.

You will understand Brazilian users needs with a direct influence and decision on how we, in Search, can better serve them.

Responsibilities:

Understand local Brazil markets and user requirements in depth.
Work with crossfunctional team to design and build products and features, and measure their performance.
Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
Be flexible and adaptable, pivoting as conditions change (e.g., local markets, technology, enagaged landscape).
