Finance Executive - Shared Service Centre

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Do you want to be a member of a team to process invoices accurately and on time in SAP,
  • Are you able to trouble shoot speedily relating to master data, invoices and to work with the business stakeholders (procurement, supply chain department and sales department),
  • Do you have the enthusiasm to learn on balance sheet reconciliation, external and internal audit activities and to support the month end closure,
  • Ready to take challenge in achieving deadlines,
  • Are you a person who would like to build relationships and networks with all departments inside and outside who interacts with the department,
  • Interested in research and correction of escalated issues and exceptions,
  • Like to be a part of a collaborative team to develop the service provided to the customer inquiries and concerns Willing to come up with ideas to continuously improve the processes,
  • Courageous enough in taking risks and solving problems to provide an outstanding service to Internal and External Clients A key player to manage data to complete the processes as well as to initiate the future innovations and decisions,
  • Improve assigned process by using Information Technology
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience Required (years of experience, expertise, knowledge etc.)
years of relevant experience at least in one sub function in finance

  • Experience in ERP system, in SAP (FI, MM) or in any other ERP system is preferred.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and power point.
  • Ability to collaborate with multi country people
  • Communication Skills
  • Verbal and written English communication skills are required
  • Knowledge of foreign languages other than English is an added advantage
  • Other skills
  • Ability to work different time zones (US / UK) is a must pm am)
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage various work assignments in a fast paced environment
  • Can do attitude. Strong attention to detail; pride in accuracy
  • Highly motivated, goal driven and organized.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers and employees.
  • Must possess good mathematical skills
  • Energetic personality with a positive attitude.
