- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years of experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 10+ years of project planning experience in data center, oil and gas, or related industries
- Strong skills in project planning software such as Oracle P6
- Experience in managing teams and collaborating with groups
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English
- Develop Integrated Master Schedules for data center projects
- Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Improve project management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support the development of a detailed project schedule
- Ensure baseline schedule meets defined standards
- Provide recommendations for schedule evaluations
- Participate in schedule reviews and analysis
- Analyze project schedules and recommend mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Identify threats to the project's schedule
- Facilitate planning and coordination workshops
- Interface with site management and project teams
- Support scheduling processes and procedures

The role involves developing and analyzing integrated engineering, procurement, and construction schedules, as well as providing reporting. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English is required.
