Your role

Are you a Legal student with a shape eye for detail? Do you want to learn more about legal aspect in the financial market?
We're looking for an intern to:
support our Wealth Management business by reviewing agreements with clients and related documents, analyzing, and reviewing the bylaws of investment funds, researching of jurisprudence (mainly from CVM), and monitoring legislative updates that may impact the business.

- assist the Procurement team by drafting service agreements with vendors, reviewing lease agreements and with translation of documents.
- help our Global Markets business by reviewing the necessary agreements and translating the necessary documents. Help with the research of jurisprudence and legal doctrine that may impact the business and its activities.

Your team

You'll be working in the Legal team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We focus on delivering highquality legal advice and solutions to our internal businesses divisions. You'll work closely with our experts, learning how to accurate and coherent legal service.

Your expertise
- studying Law with graduation date by July/2025 or after

Microsoft Office and Power Point skills

- ideally advanced English.
