This role is about bringing on the smartest folks, maintaining our culture as we grow, and running an efficient process to keep it moving.


  • You'll be tasked with supporting our recruiters, and hiring managers, building highperformance teams, and partnering wherever needed
  • You will source across Latam, across different tech LOBs; helping to expand our business globally.
  • You will be knowledgeable about our business, and the market you support.
  • You will work to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding the right talent.
  • You will develop relationships across multiple teams.
  • You will showcase your passion for the industry. That means intimate knowledge about the market, target companies, and relationships in opensource networks.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in tech roles
  • Previous engineering recruiting experience
  • English and Portuguese fluency
  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with funnel data and using it to guide hiring decisions
  • Uses external knowledge to forecast trends and identify the impact on their supporting line of business.
  • Experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce.
  • Experience in sourcing or fullcycle recruiting in a fastpaced environment
  • Partnering with the Employer Branding team to build robust strategies to attract the best talent in the market
  • Pulling hiring metrics from various sources and identifying trends
