Introduction
The Blue Studio project manager is a key orchestrator, managing project expectations among stakeholders, the Blue Studio and agency partners to uphold our creative excellence.
The role covers 3 key tenets:
execution team advocacy, external agency partner management and operational excellence.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The Blue Studio is IBM's internal creative team, responsible for the strategic evolution and expression of the IBM brand across every experience and encounter, internally and externally.
Our work crosses nearly every category of output:
research and strategy, communications and content development, symbology and systems, digital and physical experiences, and tools and training.
Our goal is to maintain modernity, sophistication, and tangibility, and to promote understanding of the IBM brand in the world.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Solid experience in the creative production and connecting content and experiences to buyer, market and channel trends
- Excellent expectation management, communication skills and fluency in Agile method
- Exemplary attention to detail and organization and a commitment to flawless execution
- Experience working at a startup or creative or inhouse agency alongside creative partners
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Workfront
- Passion about taking a newmedia approach to content, using data to inspire ideas
- Stellar reputation related to client service and overdelivery on business objectives
- Inherent curiosity as a digital consumer who understands the modern content landscape
- Bachelor's Degree and excellent written and fluent in English.
- This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week (IBM Tutóia-SP)
