Responsibilities
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns;
- Perform market analysis and research on competition;
- Program social media post in timely manner and own the social media reporting process rolling it out to other regions and team members;
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks such as payment process endtoend, contracts signoff, vendor registrations, among others;
- Prepare promotional presentations;
- Help on purchase process and distribution of marketing materials;
- Be the first contact with leads generated from our marketing activities as a part of our marketing lead qualification process;
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM);
- Help organize marketing events, facetoface, virtual events, and webinars.
Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Intermediate level in English
- Preferably intermediate level in Spanish, not mandatory
