ManyRealms is a production company working in the tabletop roleplaying space. We specialize in creating engaging content across various platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. As we continue to grow, we're seeking talented video editors to join our creative team.

We will require a portfolio OR examples of your editing to be considered for this role.

A fluent English level of proficiency is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce compelling video content (both short and longform) for various platforms (YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram Reels, etc.).
Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with marketing goals, creative vision, and brand identity.
Stay updated on the latest content and social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
Utilize video editing software and other tools to take raw footage and enhance visual appeal, optimize quality, and incorporate sound design and special effects.
Watch example videos from clients/potential clients, learn pacing and creative styles, and replicate these styles in editing.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of highquality videos while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

1+ years of Video Editing with experience and knowledge of social media formatting.
Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in developing content for social media. Professional experience is not required and personal projects are A-OK
Strong editing fundamentals is a _must_.
A desire and willingness to lear. We're constantly experimenting with formats and methods, and we would love it if this opportunity helped sharpen your skills. Keeping up with new initiatives and creative ideas is very important to this role.
Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere and/or DaVinci Resolve is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of sound design basics: bedding music, adding effects, basic EQ/mixing, synchronization and dynamics, etc.
Indepth knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other popular media platforms.
Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on fastpaced projects with firm deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Familiarity with tabletop roleplaying games (Dungeons & Dragons, Tormenta, etc.) is _strongly_ preferred.
