    C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Global Forwarding Associate to play a vital role:

    In this position, you will manage the entire shipment lifecycle for complex and strategic accounts, showcasing expertise in global forwarding operations and outstanding customer service skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain Operational Excellence:
    • Understand international shipping processes from purchase order issuance to cargo delivery
    • Manage financial aspects of shipments for correct billing
    • Adapt processes to challenges internally and externally
    • Execute and coordinate shipments efficiently
    • Provide track and trace services
    • Build strong customer relationships
    • Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders
    • Play a key role in customer outreach and retention
    • Collaborate effectively with team members

    Other Activities:

    • Ensure adherence to customer SOPs
    • Propose technology solutions for efficiency
    • Support Sales Executives and Account Managers

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • 3-5 years of Global Forwarding experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Fluent in English

    Preferred:

    • Associate's or bachelor's degree
    • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • Proven track record of customer focus
