THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring a
Tech Lead for our
B2B Employee Access team in
Brazil


The squad is also responsible for maintaining integration channels with our clients, like the public APIs that allow clients to have integrations between their HCM system and Gympass, and even employees database file exchange through SFTP.

The B2B tribe is a global tribe with members in Brazil, Portugal, United States and Spain.

Our user is the HR and we focus on providing the best set of tools to seamlessly integrate Gympass into the company and its employees life.


YOUR IMPACT:


  • You will research, architect, plan, and execute strategic projects along with an A-Players software engineering team. Your deliverables influence B2B clients around the globe, by enhancing Gympass reach on several markets.
  • Working on loosely defined project scopes, you will elaborate strategies to deliver solutions balancing feature and time to market, pairing with Product Managers, Product Designers and a crossfunctional team.
  • Lead the team as a technical manager, being in contact with stakeholders like technical sales and creating a bridge with several other tech teams required to make both the membership journey and clients' integrations happen.
  • Last but not least you will also be responsible for developing the career of your squad members. This means you will have the opportunity to nurture new tech talents, coaching less senior engineers to speed up their learning curve and reach their full potential.

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Focus on making things right and better at every opportunity;
  • Solid experience with RESTful APIs;
  • Preferably experience in Java/Kotlin+Spring Boot or Golang (team uses Kotlin + Spring Boot);
  • Solid Software quality and test automation mindset;
  • Expertise with Cloud computing (AWS) and Cloud Native (K8s) experience;
  • Experience technically leading a software engineering team;
  • Experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with SQL technology such as PostgreSQL;
  • Experience with microservices and distributed systems;
  • Experience with events and asynchronous solutions;
