The team you'll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups.
While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
- Interface with Neutral Hosts, support different levels of their organization to succeed in their activities
- Promote Nokia ́s mobile solutions
- Prepare offers and commercial strategies to negotiate with Neutral Hosts, achieving Nokia targets
- Manage and define opportunities pipeline
- Interface with different areas inside Nokia and with Neutral Hosts, ensuring the best experience to customers.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Experience in commercial management related to mobile network solutions
- 10 or more years of experience in sales and account management
- Strong mobile solutions technical knowledge
- Fluent English
It would be nice if you also had:
- Already working or worked with Neutral Hosts (in Brazil or abroad)
- Experience to interact with Csuite of CSPs/ISPs/Neutral Hosts.
