We're looking for a Compliance Assurance Manager who'll join us and help us improve all aspects of finance and risk management ‍

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the design and implementation of the Compliance testing and assurance programme including the riskbased compliance, risk assessment, control testing and assurance plan, and related testing scopes
Completing assurance reviews and testing activities leveraging skills in advanced data analytics
Establishing automated queries and dashboards to drive more frequent testing and informative insights
Contributing to Compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards
Executing project plans to address remediation efforts and testing review findings, may include process updates, documentation and/or training
Driving execution of multiple concurrent reviews, which may be local or multijurisdictional, including subsequent management reporting related to review outcomes and findings
Challenging colleagues to build an efficient, worldclass risk management controls and processes
Using data analytics to identify actionable insights, which result in material enhancements to the control environment

What you'll need

4+ years of experience working within a FinTech, traditional financial institution, or regulatory body
3+ years of experience in assurance, internal controls or internal/external audit, focusing on the Risk and Compliance domains
Experience in interrogating large data sets to identify actionable insights
Results driven, pragmatic, and detailedoriented approach
Love for problem solving and work collaboratively to do so
Ability to explain complex things very easily
To possess a willingness to learn and an interest in compliance
Experience in creating or utilising test scripts/procedure
