The position

By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:

Perform and develop professional administrative tasks. Operations and Management support across the organization.
Establish and maintain good interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Share experience within Management Support and Administrative Excellence Competence Centre (MSA CC) and with other relevant units and networks within and outside Brazil.
Delivering business support to projects/task forces, event support and organization, business travel arrangements for executives, executive agenda management, meeting organization.
Plan and execute internal and external events.
Contribute to improvement processes working with Agile and Lean tools.
Follow up administrative processes always seeking for improvements opportunities and optimal service deliveries resulting in high customer satisfaction.

For this position, we are also looking for:

Bachelor's Degree relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
5 years of professional experience, ideally in an Executive Management Business Support role or similar.
Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills, both oral and written.
Experienced within MS Office 365 package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype, Share Point, Teams, Outlook,etc).
Ability to work independently and in a complex, fast paced and highly dynamic environment with many contributors and stakeholders
SAP and Power BI knowledge would be an advantage.
Team player. Strong relationship builder with collaborative skills and a flexible mindset, positive attitude & willingness to learn and transform.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on accurate, high quality and timely deliveries.
Digital Mindset and Continuous Improvement Driven.
