The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:
Report to the Leader of
Competence Management area and deliver on the points below, working directly with Operations & Maintenance (not limited to):

Defines and lead the recruitment and selection process of all Equinor Brasil Offshore workers in coordination with HR and offshore competence centers;
Define standards, processes and quality assure/control recruitment of offshore people;
Defines, follow up and quality assures standardized onboarding of new offshore employees;
Implement and monitor the offshore trainee program.

For this position, we are also looking for:

Solid experience with Oil & Gas and offshore environment;
Previous experience with recruitment and onboarding of skilled workers;
Knowhow inductions & trainings coordination, related to onboarding new employees;
Desirable knowledge of competence assurance processes and its tools;
Skills in project management will be considered a plus;
Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
