The professional will be responsible for delivering reliable and high-quality Enterprise web solutions.

This individual requires the use niche knowledge and skills, problem solving techniques, challenge the status quo, deliver innovation, and resolves how to best support the business through the effective use agile methodologies.

Primary responsibilities include lead different testing teams, working alongside the Product Owner and the Scrum team to ensure the pace and quality of the deliverables.

This position will report directly to the Intelligent Automation Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with multiskill teams using Agile methodologies and managing the testing process in a daily basis
  • Measure and report productivities metrics, quality, and efficiency of the team
  • Build a trusted and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
  • Be able to work with many partners during the development (several product owners, project sponsor, project manager, development, quality and business analyst teams)
  • Be responsible for reviewing automated scripts and improving the stablished automation processes
  • Ability to analyze the development process, indicate bottlenecks and improvements
