Reporting line:
Chief Financial Officer

2 Days Home Office Locally

Responsibilities:

Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results
Approve or reject budgets
Conduct risk management
Evaluate and decide on investments
Supervise a team of Accountants
Allocate resources and manage cash flows
Conduct profit and cost analyses
Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
Consult board members about funding options
Recommend costreducing solutions

Experience and mindset

Formal Education: Finance or Accounting Graduation, MBA is a plus.
Experience: Solid experience in the Brazilian payment industry mainly on these areas:
Payables. Receivables and Accounting Management;
Card Schemes and Alternative Payments;
Local Payment Methods (PIX, Boleto)
Anticipation;
FDIC and Receivables Registration;
Settlement via Clearing Chambers (CIP/CERC);
Payment Institution Regulatory Reports;
Credit and Prepaid Cards;
Digital Bank Account;
