My sweet spot is when I can own the end-to-end journey: from how a service is designed and governed, to how it is sold, onboarded, and scaled across markets.

Throughout my career, I’ve been the person who connects strategy to execution. I’m used to sitting with regulators, tech and data teams, and commercial leaders, and turning complex requirements around KYC, digital identity, payments, and data usage into clear operating models and agreements. I care about measurable impact—whether that’s shortening time-to-launch, improving funnel conversion, or making P&Ls healthier through smarter pricing, vendor terms, and risk management.

I also bring a strong commercial lens to everything I do. I think in terms of growth levers, margin, and portfolio bets, and I’m comfortable leading senior stakeholders through those trade-offs. Whether advising founders, building new markets, or restructuring stacks of providers in high-volume environments, I focus on creating repeatable, scalable playbooks that sales and operations teams can run with, while keeping compliance and governance as non-negotiable foundations.
