DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.

Use data analysis and data visualization to create datadriven action plans within the Seller Operations Team
Coordinate the multiple initiatives within the Seller Operations team to ensure there are no overlaps between initiatives
Project our metrics based on business information
Create proprietary indices and metrics (in addition to analyzing existing market indices)
Develop presentations with data analysis and storytelling in order to present them to the senior management
Manage our programs and policies performance, and ensure they drive the expected result (Preferred Sellers, Penalty Points, CPF Policies, etc)
Coordinate the area dashboards development
Take care of the life cycle of data employees, hiring and developing talent
