- Support development of and maintain Project Management Procedures, Guidance Notes and associated templates.
- Provide advice and guidance to Project teams on interpretation and application of standards and guidance notes.
- Plan and co-ordinate the Project Assurance and Compliance Reviews and Assessments.
- Undertake compliance checks at key project stages , prior to Business Case submission ensuring quality of key documents including Cost, Schedule, Risk, Issue, Benefits, Change Plans.
- Undertake compliance review at Post Project Evaluation stage.
- Provide monthly Compliance Report on all projects identifying areas of noncompliance or highlighting areas for improvement.
- Maintain and manage project Frameworks.
- Manage Stakeholder Management and Communications Plans.
- Provide monthly reporting on Project Assurance at monthly Progress meeting for Head of PMO.
- Ensure clients need are met.
- Ad hoc duties when required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture or related.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience working in planning, delivery, or control of projects.
- Experience in performance analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
- Ability to manage/priorities and meet deadlines.
- Advanced experience with the MS Office Package (Project, Word, Excel, Suite and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.

Job Description
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining standards for project management and providing effective support and checks to assure compliance which align with client procedures, policies, and best practice.
Candidates should preferably have experience in the infrastructure sector with knowledge of all aspects of a project.
