Business IT Sr. Analyst - Make to be based at
São José dos Campos, Brazil.

Purpose:


In this role you will act as strategic partner for business teams and internal IT areas, capturing needs, defining technology strategy, and proposing technology products to deliver customer value.

You will also be the guardian of live products and technology services, making sure they are adopted and driving expected value for the business.

We deliver and support several capabilities for Manufacturing processes.

You will work with other Technology groups to support the strategic investment portfolio and set up agile governing mechanisms to drive successful implementation and business value realization.


You will be responsible for:


  • Engage business partners to identify and prioritize IT products and initiatives aligning with business priorities.
  • Understand deeply business processes to be able to translate desired business outcomes to technology requirements.
  • Accountable for the product adoption and tracking of usability and improvements needed to drive business value.
  • Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and improvement.
  • Build business case and implementation plans for new/improvement initiatives (e.g., impact, feasibility, and investment required).
  • Partner with end users, global IT teams, vendors and local management.
  • Drive collaboration and execution with internal and external partners.

Service Manager:
Tracks progress of product development and deployment using Agile Release Management.

  • In Collaboration with the technical support team, responds to user problems, explains new technologies and presents solutions.
  • Effective teamwork on quality/compliance/ cyber security remediation and improvement initiatives.
  • Implementation of training programs that meet the needs of business partners and improve overall quality and compliance and support audits.
  • Technology Lifecycle Management activities partnering with business and IT teams.
  • Ensure incidents are follow up if/when needed for root cause investigation and preventative action.

Qualifications:


Required

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related is required, with a minimum of 5 years of related business experience required
  • Strong IT background with a proven record of delivering results. Proven leadership, influencing skills, interdependent partnering skills, as well as critical thinking skills
  • Experience in GxP systems, Computer System Validation and proven track record in the support of regulated systems and business
  • Hands on understanding of Design Principles (User Interface and Business Process and Opportunity Mapping)
  • Understanding of the business impact of different solutions and ability to assess impact and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs, and risks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to motivate in a collaborative environment with outstanding service orientation
  • Experience working in a Shared Services model where development and support services are provided by virtual, multilocation, multifunctional teams
  • English: advanced or fluent level

Preferred

  • Spanish: advanced or fluent level
  • Experience in project execution utilizing Agile / SDLC methodology
  • Good understanding of data integrity, 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP requirements
  • Pharmaceutical / OTC manufacturing industry IT systems experience
