Job Summary:

As our Logistic Officer you will join our Logistics 24/7 Service Team, supporting Tetra Pak Services Business.

An important part of the Integrated Network Americas Team across the whole continent responsible for the Supply Chain of Spare Parts and Consumables for our clients.

Our bread and butter is to secure on time deliveries to our Customers under critical situations that requires best customer service experience, also filling them with on time actionable data to support their decisions.

All above with high focus on reducing cost, secure supply, optimize quality, ensure foreign trade compliance and not the least to drive sustainability improvements.

The position is based in Monte Mor, Brazil.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do:

As a Logistics Officer you will:

Collaborate to secure best logistic, manufacturing and components suppliers that can support us to provide best 24/7 service to our customers, attending critical situations with them to keep their production.
Have a daily interaction with colleagues in a truly multicultural and multidimensional Services Supply Network.
Deliver a problemsolving approach to efficiently and effectively support on time deliveries by providing best logistic solution, sourcing and service.
Ensure foreign trade compliance with the rules and regulations established by the authorities on multiple countries, as well as compliance with Tetra Pak procedures.
Take initiative, to suggest new ideas to deliver value.
Defining the data needed to be analyzed to drive the correct decisions and actions.
Driving standardization and automation of data collection, consolidation and analysis.

We believe you have:

Bachelor's degree in related field.
At least 03 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse.
Experience with Power BI and other business analytics tools is a Plus.
Experience working with MS Office tools (excel, power point, etc) and SAP.
Analytical mindset, organized, details oriented, team player.
Advanced level of English (written and spoken) / Spanish would be a plus.
