THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring a
B2B CRM Specialist to our
Marketing team in
São Paulo, Brazil


YOUR IMPACT:


  • Lead the development of B2B marketing campaigns focusing on expanding Gympass growth targeting SMB companies globally
  • B2C experience is a plus;
  • Focus on developing scalable and automated campaigns that are based in personalization;
  • Interact with stakeholders: Brief creative teams, approve wireframes, give feedback and roll out experiment;.
  • Lead Daytoday management of Reactivation CRM campaigns: plan, develop, test, analyze and report KPIs, optimizing conversion, visual creative and copy;
  • Lead Communication strategy: Subject Lines, CTA, AB testing, channel tone of voice, etc;
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase the relevance of our communication, investigating, testing and tracking;
  • Ensure thorough QA process in the campaigns.

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Previous relevant handson digital experience driving business growth with B2B campaigns across Growth, CRM and awarenessdriven communication;
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, RD Station, Pardot, etc.
  • Experience leading and influencing Commercial teams and Creative teams, including Design and Copywriting;
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and logical reasoning skills. Handson, organized, and with highattention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture;
  • Analytical skills for data driven decision making;
  • Project management skills and passion about creating and following processes. High focus in QA of campaigns;
  • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with humility and eagerness to learn and grow with handson mindset. Passion for changes and adapt yourself easily to new scenarios;
  • You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environment;
  • A selfstarter who can multitask and adapt to a fastgrowing organization;
  • Good writing and communications skills in English, Spanish is a plus.
