Mandatory skills

5 + years of experience as a ServiceNow
Act as a liaison with each of the manufacturing site from the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)perspective
Provide guidance on CMDB Data when asked by the manufacturing site SME.
Review data loading sheets when submitted via the CMDB Request portal.
Ensure new Manufacturer & Product Models are entered in the core data product table manually or through data loads.
Interact with the manufacturing site SME when data clarification is needed.
Anticipated involvement per site is 23 days.
Manual data entry for Manufacturing Applications and device mappings in phase
Support other CMDB administration during times of low project activity.
