FP&A Analyst in charge of financial reporting, support to commercial leadership team in LATAM,

financial shared services in LATAM and AIG Divisional teams.

Main activities (but not only):

Budget and forecast activities.
Deliver standard reporting solutions to drive, support and enable the business strategic and tactical

- roadmap for Latin America.

Prepare, deliver and deploy standard, accurate set of management and operational reports in Latin
America Region.
Margin, Operating Expenses and Budget control.
Financial reporting, variations, savings, risk and opportunities analysis.
Monthly closings analysis, reports and explanation of variances against plan.

Required Technical skills:

Advanced financial analysis.
Accounting skills.
Advanced Excel.
Office Package skills.
Experience with Hyperion and ERP (SAP, JDE, others).
Good verbal and written communication.
Power BI, Dashboards and other automated report skills.

Minimum Qualification:

Previous experience as FP&A analyst at least 3 years;
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and related areas;
Advanced English;
Intermediate Spanish / Portuguese if not a native speaker.
