    The Compliance and Risk Management team ensures that Shopee complies with applicable regulations and is primed for success with the right checks and balances while safeguarding the interests of our stakeholders in an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem. The team manages potential risks to the company's operations and reputation through risk assessments, internal fraud control, employee training as well as the implementation of information technology policy and cyber security tools.

    Job Description:
  • Monitorar e executar os procedimentos necessários aplicáveis ao processo Know Your Customer (KYC);
  • Realizar a manutenção da conta e também aceitar (Onboarding) vendedores em nossa plataforma;
  • Criar, implementar e fazer cumprir as políticas, procedimentos e regulamentos de KYC na Shopee Brasil;
  • Auxiliar em todos os processos contínuos de revisão de conformidade, incluindo registros necessários, relatórios para o regulador, políticas e procedimentos;
  • Criar e aplicar políticas para a deteção e prevenção de atividades fraudulentas no negócio e nas atividades dos clientes;
    • Requirements:
  • -Ensino superior completo ou em andamento;
  • Conhecimento em Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
