Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of handson experience in Software development (Web&Mobile projects);
Businessoriented person with a mindset suited to product management;
Practical knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP);
Strong background in developing project workflows;
Experience in project estimation and task prioritization under tight deadlines;
Proficiency in Web and Mobile technologies;
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, JIRA, etc.;
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

Initiate new projects and implement efficient project management processes;
Identify project needs by interviewing project stakeholders;
Create project and task requirements;
Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Managing/ prioritizing the project backlog;
Market research and competitive analysis;
Project team management (Design, Development, QA);
Contribute to improving PM processes for ongoing projects;
Balance project scope and timeline to deliver optimal solutions;
Resolve issues and conflicts effectively;
Be available to communicate with customers in PST/EST time zones;
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective people management;
Meet and exceed client expectations;
Onboard and train new team members.
