    The team you will be a part of
  • People Experience Americas Care organization, part of People organization, is primarily responsible for delivering excellent digital and human experiences to employees and managers in the Americas region. People Experience Americas Care is responsible for supporting Nokia employees in the Americas region, during all their employee lifecycle.
    What you will learn and contribute to
  • As part of the team, you will:
  • Handling inquiries on people processes, tools, policies, benefits.
  • Handling the benefits processes.
  • Managing onboarding of new hires, internal movements, redeployments.
  • Managing terminations (leaves, restructuring).
  • Contribute to provide documents and evidence for audits of the aforementioned processes.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Been enrolled in
    6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in administration or computer science careers.
  • Advanced English skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Word and Excel.
  • Bilingual Portuguese / English.
  • Instills Trust & Collaborates
  • Customer Service with Excellence

It would be nice if you also had:

  • At least Intermediate Spanish skills
  • Some knowledge of Power BI.
