About the team:The Operations team in Merama (including you) is responsible for promoting and developing logistics strategies for our partners. We help our merchants identify areas of opportunity, providing best-in-class distribution services that enhance customer experience. We are a team passionate about being leaders in the great performance of our products and our brands in the different digital sales channels where we have a presence, in addition to always looking for improvement alternatives that cause growth in our sales and competitiveness in the market.


About the Role:


You are passionate about establishing new processes & optimizing existing ones, have great communication and analytical skills, and love to work as part of a team.

You are avid to work in a fast-paced startup with multiple growth & learning opportunities. You are structured, organized and have a results-oriented mindset.


Main Responsibilities

  • Support implemented operations regarding the tech suit
  • ERP/Platform/Hub of integrations
  • Acting in all phases of the project life cycle, supporting stakeholders in the execution of the scope, monitoring the schedule and communication of IT projects
  • Conduct training, disseminate knowledge and best practices.
  • Get feedback and write business requirements.
  • Create playbooks and presentations to help build a data driven culture in our operations.
  • Ensure the understanding of the organization's IT needs, translating these needs into requirements and designs of solutions and processes.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong organization skills;
  • University degree with focus on I.T /Business activities or equivalent based on experience.
  • Ability to lead in fastpaced environments with continuous new challenges.
  • Flexibility and ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and delegate.
  • Intermediate English
  • Strong analytical and communications skills.
  • Experience with ERP/Ecommerce Platforms and Marketplace Hub (tech ecommerce ecosystem).
  • Experience with Anymarket and Bling ERP is a plus
