Estamos à procura de um profissional de nível Analista Júnior para fazer parte do time de Compras da NTT Ltd., que deveré suportar o comprador na atividade realizando todas as tratativas para o processamento de notas fiscais de produto e serviço.

Toda a atividade hoje através uma ferramenta para controle, conectada ao ERP para finalização do processamento.

Terá contato com os compradores para finalização da análise e processamento das notas fiscais no sistema.

Working at NTT

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

Pesquisar, compilar e verificar atribuições de documentações de Compras;
Gestão de entradas de faturas e documentos:
Processamento e PO Match dos documentos fiscais e não fiscais através da plataforma;
Atender a demanda seguindo a prioridade definida pelo time de _Delivery_ (CS);
Elaborar relatórios entregues pelos colaboradores (_Monthly Report_);
Processamento de notas fiscais de serviço dentro do mês de emissão (Reinf);
Realizar o suporte aos Compradores do setor.
