Descrição do Cargo:
Estamos buscando um profissional de vendas altamente motivado e experiente para se juntar à nossa equipe.
O candidato ideal deve ter experiência prévia trabalhando com mineradoras, principalmente nas áreas de beneficiamento.
Esta posição exigirá um entendimento profundo do setor de mineração e a capacidade de oferecer soluções personalizadas que atendam às necessidades exclusivas de nossos clientes.
Responsabilidades do Cargo:
1. Desenvolvimento de Negócios: Identificar oportunidades de vendas e promover produtos/serviços para potenciais clientes, demonstrando a proposta de valor.
2. Consultoria Técnica: Fornecer suporte técnico e consultoria aos clientes para ajudá-los a entender como os produtos Kennametal atendem às suas necessidades.
3. Elaboração de Propostas: Criar propostas técnicas e comerciais, alinhando especificações do produto aos requisitos do cliente.
4. Negociação e Fechamento de Contratos ou pedidos: Negociar termos e condições, assegurando o melhor resultado para a empresa e o cliente.
5. Análise de Mercado: Monitorar tendências do mercado, concorrentes e feedback dos clientes para adaptar estratégias de vendas.
6. Gestão de Relacionamentos: Manter relacionamentos sólidos e de longo prazo com os clientes, assegurando a satisfação e fidelidade.
7. Disponibilidade de viagens a partir de 50% do tempo
Educação e Experiência Profissional Requeridas:
Graduação completa ou em curso (em vias de formar) em áreas correlatas, Administração, Engenharia ou Técnico.
Experiência no mercado da Mineração a partir de 4 anos.
Inglês intermediário requerido
