**Tasks


TasksTasks***We are looking for a Network Development Specialist to improve overall performance from
Brazilian dealer network through continuous monitoring.
We seek a professional who implement measures and projects to achieve the best results
according to Porsche's KPI system.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support IRIS system implementation and maintenance: analyse and interpret monthly
dealer performance reports, preparing recommendation for further follow-up

  • Assistance to IRIS system throughout dealer network
  • Coordinate system integration between IRIS and local DMS system
  • Ensure maintenance and CI conformity of dealership facilities, in line with global standards
  • Coordinate with external company the Porsche Brand standard Audit tool implementation
and follow-up

  • Assist in the coordination of CI local partners approval process
  • Implement quality reward program
  • Conduct annual study to review KPIs with PBR internal areas
  • Elaborate and implement program policy aligned with PBR internal areas and dealer
network

  • Analyse the program result in order to share and high light best practice into dealer network
  • Analyse and monitor Porsche Brazil dealer network KPIs identifying potential actions and
measures to improve overall performance.

  • Continuously monitor and analyse dealer network KPIs and follow up on performance
covering main PBR ́s dealer performance programs.

  • Support dealer network department routine activities
**Qualifications


QualificationsQualifications***Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management or
comparable formal qualification.

Experience

  • 4+ years in the automotive business or similar experiences;
  • Experience in network development and/or commercial/marketing management /
Financial at OEMs;

  • Project and process management knowledge.

Skills:


  • Languages: fluency (oral/written) in English is required
  • High level of written, oral communication/presentation with direct colleagues/dealer
management teams and customers

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in always challenging and unpredictable
market conditions

  • Ability to develop and articulate an operational strategy for regional team and assigned
dealers

  • String leadership capabilities to manage external consultants
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to develop and manage strategic
projects

  • Ability to effectively manage and negotiate at dealer level understanding culture and way
of doing business

  • Leadership skills to coordinate and implement regional/area initiatives.
  • Ability to manage and negotiate in complex situations
  • Highly organized strong attention to detail
  • Ability to set and meet challenging deadlines
  • Varying amounts of overnight and weekend travel may be required
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
