    Purpose of the Job
    Oxitec Brazil seeks an experienced and dedicated Cx, Marketing and Communications Coordinator to help shape our company's message and engage with stakeholders across all communication channels. This role is crucial in driving the growth and expansion of our commercial sales in both public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will be positive, empathetic, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about finding creative ways to communicate our mission effectively. Responsibilities include managing various marketing activities, coordinating with different teams, and collaborating with global communication and program teams.
    Responsibilities
    • Coordinate Public Relations activities to enhance brand reputation and create awareness
    • Provide support to the Global Comms Team in developing branding materials
    • Support Commercial Team initiatives for product promotion and sales growth
    • Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns and email marketing strategies
    • Manage corporate and product social media profiles to engage and inform users
    • Oversee newsletter campaigns and vendor relationships
    • Provide reports on marketing campaigns and performance metrics
    • Engage with various stakeholders and community groups
    • Develop corporate materials and ensure brand consistency
    • Coordinate Customer Experience activities and monitor feedback
    • Assist in achieving company goals and objectives
    Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing and Communication Coordination
    • Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Office Package
    • Knowledge of systems like Shopify, Bling, Rd Station and Zendesk
    • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, and social media platforms
    • Advanced English language skills
    • Effective communication and networking abilities
