Development of product changes

Supplier development

Qualification of Indirect Materials suppliers

Purchase requisition analysis (correct description)

Equalization of price quotes

Control and maintenance of files and records

Issuance of purchase orders (Indirect materials)

Control fleet, departure of company vehicles

Purchasing Follow-up

Attend Sales Representatives (indirect materials)

Collect merchandise from suppliers in the company vehicle

Monitor the performance indicators of the area (indirect material)

Enable and monitor compliance with rules and procedures, as well as maintain implementation

consistently the QMS (Quality Management System) in its area of operation;

Perform internal audit in the company, when requested and trained.

Having other responsibilities and authorities related to the function, attended by the immediate superior.
