ABOUT THE COMPANY

WORKPLACE:

Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid work)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating cost and effort estimation for the implementation of the target architecture
• Influencing the implementation of the data strategy and the making of architecture decisions
• Driving the technical introduction of "SAP BPC Embedded" in an on-premise BW system
• Migrating existing "BW-IP models" to new "BPC Embedded models", as well as existing "BEx Web Templates" (WAD) to new front-end (planning) applications for manual data input in the "SAP Analytics Cloud" (SAC)
• Designing both new and existing planning applications on the technical basis of "SAP BPC Embedded" and "SAP BW-integrated Planning" (SAP BW-IP)
• Shaping the further development of SAP BW in the direction of BW/4HANA
• Adapting and analyzing roles and authorizations in SAP BW and SAC
• Influencing the implementation of the data strategy and the making of architecture decisions.

WE REQUIRE A PROFESSIONAL IN:

• A complete bachelor's degree
• Minimum B2+ English level
• Proven experience working as an SAP BPC or related role
• Experience in designing, implementing, testing and maintaining planning scenarios and on the technical basis of "SAP BPC
• Embedded" and "SAP BW-integrated Planning" (SAP BW-IP)
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), namely on designing, implementing, testing and maintaining front-end applications for manual data input in the SAC based on "BPC Embedded models"
• Knowledge in programming with "Formula Extension" (FOX planning functions) and with ABAP
• Strong communication and analytical skills

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with the "BW/4HANA" migration of existing InfoProviders to new "BW4/HANA" InfoProviders
• Knowledge of SAP BO, SAP NetWeaver 7.5 Portal (BI-Portal) and know-how in system-related customizing and upgrades
