Como será seu dia a dia aqui:
Reportando-se ao Gerente de Loja, sua principal responsabilidade será promover a venda de produtos CK, atingindo o volume de vendas previsto, visando à conquista de novos clientes e a fidelização dos clientes atuais.
Além disso você também será responsável por:
- Prestar atendimento aos clientes atentando para a qualidade no processo de venda.
- Desenvolver as atividades de telemarketing, incluindo contatos pós venda, contatos com clientes cadastrados nas ocasiões especiais (liquidações, lançamento de novas coleções).
- Manter o campo de vendas organizado e efetuar a reposição de produtos, sempre que necessário, devidamente passados, alarmados, e precificados.
- Atender as trocas com nota fiscal do produto, de acordo com a coleção atual, com o mesmo padrão de venda, buscando a fidelização do cliente.
