Team Overview:
This is an analyst position in the innovation area. You will work with people building the future of the organization. You will be supporting the team during strategic planning routines and evaluating the performance of business initiatives. You will have great exposure to the senior management team in strategic presentations.

Role Responsibilities:

Query the company database (SQL) and crunch the data to extract insights
Create reports, dashboards and presentations to convey results and findings
Collaborate with key functional areas (Strategy, Marketing, B.I.) to gather data and develop structured analysis to support business initiatives
Help us build a datadriven culture by setting a good example and coaching team members

Role Qualifications:

1 year of experience
Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
SQL and Excel skills
Ability to conduct analysis with limited guidance
Comfortable presenting results to senior management on a regular basis
Intermediate English
