- Stakeholder Management:
- Effective communication with Retail stakeholders in clusters and markets.
- Engagement with local retail business stakeholders and key resources.
- Leading regular meetings within the Cluster(s) management team(s) and driving Continuous Service Improvements.
- Acting as a D&T Ambassador in the Cluster.
- Managing local business expectations aligned with global strategy.
- Ensuring timely and efficient IT service delivery, meeting SLAs and KPIs in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Being the cluster Subject Matter Expert for our POS support application and representing the cluster in the DevOps POS team.
- Handling escalations with support from the global team and ensuring effective problem management.
- Documentation and on-boarding of new technology solutions into Retail Support teams.
- Performance analysis of Retail Store technology, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering solutions to enhance service quality and reduce costs while boosting stability in our Stores.
- Establishing processes and documentation for new store infrastructure implementations and upgrades.
- Assisting the Delivery Managers team in managing operational aspects of new store launches and related activities.
- Task and Project management, involvement in retail projects across clusters or technical domains.
- Leading the implementation of projects for new or enhanced infrastructure technologies/services.
- Expertise in understanding the functioning and support of all technology components in our retail environment.
- Tracking, analyzing, and responding to Retail Infrastructure support incidents, problem management, and trends.
- Collaborating with the Fiscal provider and Pandora to enhance services.
- Contributing to building a robust Operation Center unit within D&T management.
- Enhancing retail service concepts and operational efficiency.
- Possessing the capability to set up hardware for stores when necessary.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Relevant experience combined with education is acceptable.
- 3-5 years of solid experience in international Retail IT.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese with a bonus of Spanish or other languages.
- Strong skills in Service Management, Stakeholder management, and experience with Fiscal services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, presenting ideas in a user-friendly manner to non-technical staff.
- Business urgency, customer-centric approach, and Project Manager mindset.
- Exposure to Agile working and mandatory ITIL knowledge; certification is beneficial.
- Demonstrates a dynamic, structured work approach, analytical skills, and stakeholder communication proficiency.
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently alongside BAU responsibilities.
- Independent, able to collaborate in a remote team under an internationally-based manager.
- Outspoken, effectively communicating across all levels of the organization.

The Retail Tech Analyst is accountable for overseeing Digital Store Operations service delivery to Pandora stores in the Cluster(s), collaborating closely with various business stakeholders and Digital&Technology teams.
Pandora manages numerous stores in the cluster and in Brazil. As part of the Retail & Tech Operations unit, you will be instrumental in supervising the establishment of new stores, store services, and store support services with colleagues globally.
