We are seeking passionate people to join our team as Functionality Quality Assurance Analysts.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in evaluating project quality through manual or automated testing, while also contributing to plans for preventing future failures during production.

As a Functionality Quality Assurance Analyst you will:

Responsibilities:


  • Review and analyze system specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop effective test strategies and plans.
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications.
  • Define and challenge acceptance criteria specifications.
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • Perform postlaunch/postimplementation testing.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
  • Project management and QA methodology experience.
  • Familiarity with defining new processes, tasks, and criteria in projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
  • Ability to document and resolve errors.
  • Practical knowledge of test management software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proactivity in supporting other team members.
