Mentor and guide junior developers to foster their professional development and growth.
As a senior developer, you will not only be responsible for coding and development tasks, but also can take on roles such as scrum master or quality engineer based on your profile.

YOUR PROFILE

Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer.
Graduate studies in the field of computer science or related areas. Bachelor's or master's degree is a plus.
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to quickly learn new areas of knowledge.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds in an international environment to ensure team success.
Strong understanding of the whole software development life cycle (from requirements gathering to delivery and support) and its methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues leveraging technical and product skills.
Knowledge of SAP solutions for Logistics processes (MM or SD), particularly in the context of Brazilian and/or LAC countries localization, is a plus.
Knowledge of ABAP development is a must and ABAP OO is a plus.
Proficiency in process and data modeling is a plus.
Familiarity with design patterns, Clean Code, Continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), Code review and Testdriven development (TDD) is desired.
Knowledge of software quality assurance and test methodologies, including unit testing and integration testing.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Professional experience in the Software Development industry.
It is highly valued previous experience with SCRUM and LEAN methodologies.
