Volkswagen Group Services has the purpose of providing specifics services to VW Group companies, ensuring excellence in our deliveries, and focusing on the strategic needs of each client.
In 2023 we started our South America operation, and we are looking for talented and engaged professionals who want to embark on this journey with us.
Responsabilidades e atribuições Main responsibilities**:
- Analyze market insights considering customer demands & competition for data provisioning;
- Define product vision & highlevel functional concept for data offerings (interfaces) to end customers or partners;
- Translate business requirements & use cases into product design and functional requirements;
- Plan the development of activities considering all involved units;
- Guide crossfunctional & international teams along the digital product development cycle;
- Manage product backlog to maximize customer value;
- KPIdriven product orientation & steering (together with Market Management);
- Plan budget & capacity for digital products in alignment with IT & Engineering counterparts;
- Align & communicate towards various stakeholders;
- Improve internal processes & collaboration;
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps;
- Create product specifications and solution design documents;
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful product initiatives;
- Oversee delivery of projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and execution;
- Coordinate crossteam development;
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with the UX Designer.
Requisitos e qualificações Experience required**:
- At least 5 years of working experience in (IT) projects with crossfunctional team members;
- Previous experience working in data products.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Informatics or other similar area.
Technical qualifications:
- Experience in vehiclerelated development processes (connected solutions) is of advantage;
- Experience in agile working methods (preferably);
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.

Hiring CLT, hybrid format, being necessary the presence in our office in Morumbi, São Paulo/SP, 2 or 3x per week.
