Job Dimensions

  • 4 Entities;
  • 23 Joint Ventures and 13 different partners;
  • 8 relationship banks, 16 bank accounts;
  • 9 payment delegates;
  • 2 intercompany loans and 1 pre export payment
  • 14 bank guarantees;
Main Activities

  • Paying in reais of suppliers, partners, taxes, tax, using SAP and internet banking as the main tool, ensuring that the procedure and rules are fulfilled within the deadline and internal rules.
  • Bank reconciliation, ensuring that entries are accounted for within the month
  • Sending bank statements for the previous month to the accounting, Jv teams
  • Registering foreign currency rates in SAP
  • Updating the register of directors in the banks.
  • Assisting the senior analyst in foreign exchange closings when necessary
  • Assisting the senior analyst with foreign exchange quotes in currencies other than BRL
  • Assisting the senior analyst in foreign exchange closings when necessary
  • Attending audits/Sox campaigns when requested
  • Assisting in the capital increase payments of M&A
  • The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, bearing in mind to preserve the environment and resources by contributing to improve our energy efficiency and decarbonization of Company's assets and reputation.
Context and environment

  • Recent acquisitions/increase in the company's stake in new blocks
  • The activities are performed in a context of growing operations in Brasil with the increase of partnerships; new acquisitions and beginning of drilling operations
  • Specificities of Brazilian exchange obligations.
  • Total bank counterparty risks.
  • As far as methods and tools are concerned, the migration from SAP to the new Unisol version represents a change management project in parallel with intense regular activities.
Accountabilities

Ensure payments and control of deadlines under his/her responsibility.

Provide accurate and reliable explanations of numbers and activities to be reported to the treasury coordinator

Funds flows to / from all corporate and Jv accounts are moving securely as and when expected.

Accuracy and reliability of various Treasury-related Reporting

Awareness and vigilant spirit to protect the bank accounts, funds movements, off balance-sheet transactions (i.e. guarantees and bonds ) and treasury-related sensitive financial information

Required Qualifications and Experience

University degree in accounting, Finance or Business;
Experience in Oil & Gas industry

Used to work under pressure and with sharp deadlines;
Skills of organization, discipline, discretion, trust and honesty,

initiative and sense of ownership

Fluent Portuguese and English.

Excel advance (wil be tested)

knowing power BI would be a plus
