    Talenses Executive is advising a rapidly expanding Global Consumer Goods Corporation to recruit a Trade Marketing Director. Located in Mexico City, this pivotal role reports directly to a Senior Vice President.

    Responsibilities:


    1. Crafting and executing a dynamic trade marketing strategy.
    2. Engaging in promotional activities, meaningful incentives, and effective merchandising tactics.
    3. Aligning trade marketing strategies with the client's overarching business objectives.
    4. Conducting thorough market research to identify trends and monitor competitor activities.
    5. Managing the budget to maximize return on investment and evaluate the success of trade marketing initiatives.
    6. Establishing strong partnerships with key retailers and distributors to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
    7. Fostering innovation and striving for continuous improvement in trade marketing strategies.

    The ideal candidate should have:

    1. A strong executive background in Trade Marketing, preferably within the Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
    2. Exceptional analytical capabilities and a hands-on approach.
    3. The ability to influence stakeholders across the organization while leading high-performing teams.
