/n Realizar as análises de pedidos de ressarcimento evitando assim que ressarcimentos sejam pagos indevidamente, atender as solicitações dos clientes internos e identificar possíveis melhorias ou medidas necessárias para evitar custos e/ou eliminar riscos.
Negociar com os requerentes e as partes responsáveis, com o objetivo de diminuir as perdas, definir acordos e proteger os interesses do grupo.
Buscar as documentações e evidências junto aos terminais e outras áreas da empresa para que as análises dos pedidos de ressarcimentos possam ser realizadas.
Providenciar os pagamentos sob responsabilidade da área, tais como ressarcimentos, seviços de vistorias, custas judiciais, honorários advocatícios, premios de seguros, e outros.
Agendar as vistorias de cargas e avaliar os relatórios a serem preparados pelos vistoriadores.Atender as demandas feitas por outras áreas ou escritórios do grupo localizados em outras áreas, relativas às atividades sob responsabilidade do departamento.
