    Mission:
    Fime is looking for a well-rounded HR Generalist for its Sao Paolo office.

    The person will be responsible for all HR matter along the employee lifecycle:
    recruitment, reward & benefits, labour relations, learning & development, attendance at work, compensation, international mobility and payroll.

    ACTIVITIESwill act as advisor for managers, directors and executive officers in the interpretation of human resources legislation, policies and programs;will have to manage the complete recruitment cycle:

    create job postings, conduct interviews, and do pre-employment checks;will be responsible for drafting employment contracts and ensuring the onboarding and integration of new resources;will be responsible for the training file: prepare an annual training budgets, and coordinate training activities;will manage group insurances (renewal of the insurance policy and processing of claims);will manage any benefits applicable;will update employee files;will prepare salary increases according to the annual budget;will maintain pay equity;will manage disability files;will follow up on annual evaluations and performance management;will assist managers during disciplinary measures;other related tasks.

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEa Bachelor's degree in Human Resources;at least 7 to 9 years of experience as an HR generalist;knowledge of Brazilian labor law and unionized companies in Brazil;in payroll processing (knowledge about Deel is a plus);in employee benefits management (group insurance, pension plan, vouchers cards, );in international mobility/work permit management;COMPETENCIESPortuguese and English;an "open door" mentality towards employees;organizational skills and ability to multi-task;interpersonal skills to communicate with various stakeholders; (managers, employees and others);sense of responsibility and ability to learn;proactive, autonomous and rigorous.
