- Coordinate availability of video materials with the linear operations team for efficient scheduling
- Request and coordinate content key arts images with the marketing team
- Upload and process graphic assets ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and Universal+ business requirements
- Monitor content deliveries to prevent delays and inform stakeholders timely
- Ensure proper metadata entry for VOD content
- Manage VOD content processing and QC
- Track third-party content deliveries across the region
- Escalate and resolve VOD content incidents reported by MSOs
- Generate discrepancy reports to address inaccuracies in video and/or metadata
- Create and manage trackers for VOD deliveries
- Distribute monthly content priority list to key stakeholders promptly
- Support non-linear operations tasks as needed
- Maintain communication with affiliates, clients, and vendors in Brazil
- Assist in Media Ops team for localization processes in Portuguese
- Monitor content quality on different services and platforms in the region
- Bachelor's degree in Digital, Film and Television Studies or related field
- 3+ years' experience in media, operations, or entertainment industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Submit a resume/CV to be considered
- Willingness to work in SP or RJ, Brazil
- Background investigation consent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Unrestricted work authorization in Brazil
- Participation in NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
- Experience in OTT/Digital Operations
- Knowledge of VOD video workflows
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power Bi, Tableau, etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Spanish language
