- Coordinate with the linear operations team to ensure video materials' availability for scheduling
- Request and coordinate key arts images with the marketing team
- Upload and process graphic assets on digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business requirements
- Ensure timely content deliveries and communicate any delays to stakeholders
- Coordinate metadata entry for VOD content with programming team
- Process VOD content and perform QC checks
- Track third-party content deliveries to MSOs across the region
- Monitor and escalate VOD content incidents reported by MSOs
- Generate reports to highlight any video or metadata inaccuracies
- Create and manage delivery trackers for VOD content
- Distribute monthly nonlinear content priority lists to stakeholders
- Support nonlinear operations team with additional tasks
- Maintain communication with affiliates, clients, and vendors in Brazil
- Assist in the localization process in Portuguese
- Monitor content quality across different services and platforms in the region
- Bachelor's degree in Digital, Film, Television Studies, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in media, operations, or entertainment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to work in SP or RJ, Brazil
- Agree to a background investigation
- 18 years or older
- Work authorization in Brazil
- Agreement with NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
- Experience in OTT/Digital Operations
- Knowledge of VOD video workflows
- Ability to use data analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description
The Media Ops Coordinator is responsible for supporting the manager in the day-to-day operations of Streaming workflows, including maintaining operational trackers, art assets, video components, and ensuring metadata QC across platforms. The role also involves assisting in the localization processes for content used in Brazilian networks.
This position within the Media Operations team requires the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extreme attention to detail, and a passion for the TV and streaming industry.
