About the role:


Tasks may include (but not limited to):

  • Overview 2nd and 3rd party audits in suppliers in accordance to our customers' SLA;
  • Monitor activities and maintain high quality of deliverables such as reviews of corrective action plans and reports, complete and accurate reports of their suppliers' current level of compliance
  • Maintain appropriate auditor team's credentials and manage qualifications
  • Take an active role in new business opportunities/in maintaining the existing ones, supporting sales with the aim to develop current and future business
  • Manage audit platforms for the region
  • Ensure the delivery of supplier audits in the region with high quality and standards
  • Ensure tight and proactive management of supply chain risk management projects
  • Regular updating and control of datasets with information submitted from internal and external parties
  • Monitoring of performance indicators and customer requirements

About you:


Demonstrated track record in the following areas:

  • Good ability in handling project deadlines and KPIs
  • Knowledge of social audits based on international recognized schemes and initiatives (SMETA, ABVTEX, SLCP, others) or based on company's social compliance internal programs
  • Knowledge on quality standards.
  • Knowledge on data analysis and PowerBI
  • Result oriented and with high focus on delivery
  • Ability to simplify and get things done
  • Flexible and serviceminded
  • A commitment to DNV's leadership expectations, including results orientation, customer focus, respect, care, and foresight

Key Performance Indicators:


  • Specific KPIs related to the tasks and responsibilities will be customer satisfaction and project delivery KPIs. The performance versus KPIs will be followed up by the Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will perform an annual evaluation.
